Terms of Service
Effective September 27, 2026 · Dont Stop Freight Inc. d/b/a Direct Haul Connect (“DHC”)
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the DHC website and free accounts. Paid dispatch service is governed by the DHC Carrier Dispatch & Freight Management Service Agreement (version DHC-CDFMSA-2026-01), which each carrier reviews and signs electronically before service. If these terms conflict with that signed Agreement, the Agreement controls for dispatch service.
2. What DHC is — and is not
DHC provides dispatch support, freight-management support, and administrative carrier services. DHC is not a freight broker and does not purchase, resell, or take possession of freight. DHC does not guarantee any loads, lanes, rates, revenue, earnings, or broker approval. Carriers keep final authority over every load.
3. Accounts
Creating a free account does not make you a dispatch customer; dispatch service requires a separate approved application and signed Agreement. You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or false documents, or interfere with other users or the service.
6. Cancellation
A carrier may cancel dispatch service. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid weekly period, and service continues through that period (Agreement §15).
7. Refunds and credits
Weekly service fees are generally nonrefundable once the paid service period begins, except where required by law or where DHC expressly approves a refund or credit. Mid-cycle truck changes do not create automatic prorated credits or refunds (Agreement §§13, 16).
8. Electronic records and signatures
You agree to conduct business with DHC electronically, including agreements, notices, and signatures associated with your authenticated account, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Questions: directhaulconnect@gmail.com.
