Effective September 27, 2026 · Dont Stop Freight Inc. d/b/a Direct Haul Connect (“DHC”, “we”)
1. Who this covers
This policy explains how DHC handles information from website visitors, account holders, dispatch applicants, and carriers who use DHC's dispatch and freight-management support services.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, company, email, phone, USDOT/MC numbers, equipment, operating preferences, and application answers.
- Carrier documents you upload or we request, such as W-9, insurance certificates, operating authority, CDL, and truck/trailer information.
- Agreement and signature records, including the version signed, time of signing, and signer details.
- Billing status. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider's secure form; DHC does not store raw card or bank credentials.
- Location, only if you choose to turn on location sharing. It is optional and off until you enable it.
- Website visit information: pages visited, referring site, and campaign tags, linked to a random identifier stored in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
To review applications, provide dispatch and carrier-support services, communicate with you, maintain compliance records, send carrier packets to brokers or shippers you work with, process weekly service fees, secure the platform, and understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our site.
4. When we share information
- With brokers, shippers, and freight sources, as needed to provide dispatch services you have authorized — for example, sending your approved carrier documents in a broker packet.
- With service providers that operate our platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing, under their own security obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of DHC, carriers, or others.
5. Security and retention
Documents and account records are stored behind authenticated access, and document links shared externally expire. We keep records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may update your account information, turn location sharing off at any time, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or contract.
